Effective date: May 4, 2026

Opt-In Consent Language

Swiftlet presents this consent language next to an unchecked SMS consent checkbox:

I agree to receive automated SMS/text messages from Swiftlet.ai at the mobile number I provide. Messages may include daily interaction feedback, daily summaries, coaching alerts, work-type breakdowns, low-score alerts, trainee watch updates, and other Swiftlet account updates I select. Message frequency varies based on my settings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

How Consent Is Collected

Default state

SMS updates are off by default for every Swiftlet user. No text updates are sent unless the user enters a mobile number and checks the SMS consent box.

Where opt-in is collected

A user may opt in during onboarding or from account settings. The user provides a mobile phone number, checks the required SMS consent checkbox, sees a link to https://www.swiftlet.ai/sms-consent, and selects the message types and frequency they want.

Preference controls

Users can configure work-type breakdowns, low-score alerts, trainee watch updates, coaching alerts, summaries, and related account notifications where available.

Ongoing control

Users can change SMS preferences in settings, disable SMS updates, or opt out by replying STOP to a Swiftlet text message.

Message Types and Frequency

Users choose which SMS categories they want to receive and how often they want eligible updates. Available categories may include:

  • Daily interaction feedback selected by the user
  • Daily summaries of recorded or analyzed activity
  • Coaching alerts
  • Work-type breakdowns with score, sessions, keeps, try next, and objections when applicable
  • Low-score alerts
  • Training, trainee watch, or manager follow-up notifications selected by the user
  • Other Swiftlet account updates selected by the user

Message frequency varies by user configuration, team activity, and selected alert types. SMS updates remain optional and can be disabled at any time.

Opt-Out, Help, and Data Use

  • Reply STOP to cancel SMS updates.
  • Reply HELP for help or contact support@swiftlet.ai.
  • Users can also disable or adjust SMS updates in Swiftlet settings.
  • Swiftlet does not sell mobile opt-in data. Mobile numbers are used to deliver the SMS updates the user has selected and to operate the service.
SMS updates are governed by the Swiftlet.ai Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
