The terms below govern your use of Swiftlet.ai products and services, including mobile apps and integrations.

Effective date: April 17, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

  • These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Swiftlet.ai. By accessing our website, mobile apps, or services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • If you are using Swiftlet on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

  • Maintenance and support: Swiftlet.ai is solely responsible for support; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
  • Warranty: If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligations and Swiftlet.ai is responsible for all other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses.
  • Product claims: Swiftlet.ai, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your use, including product liability, legal/regulatory compliance, consumer protection, privacy, and similar matters.

  • Legal compliance: You represent and warrant you are not in a U.S.-embargoed or “terrorist supporting” country and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Third-party terms: You must comply with applicable third-party agreements when using the app (for example, your wireless data service agreement).
  • Third-party beneficiary: You and Swiftlet.ai acknowledge that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you after you accept it.
